Reinforced concrete sleepers

Designed for railways with a nominal track gauge of 1520 mm on which typical rolling stock with axle loads and speeds established for the general railway network of Kazakhstan is used

Type III reinforced concrete sleepers are manufactured in accordance with the requirements of GOST 33 320-2015. They can be equipped with any Fossil type fasteners, including Skl Sl Super, Skl 14, Skl SL1, Skl 30, etc.

«Firma «BENT» LLP is the only plant, which in addition to standard sleepers has the ability to produce the following types of sleepers: Reinforced concrete sleepers for P50 rail (for low-activity stations); Reinforced concrete sleepers of version 2, B50 (for high-speed railways); Reinforced concrete sleepers for curved sections of railways (track gauge 1525-1535 mm); Reinforced concrete sleepers for narrow gauge railways (gauge 1435 mm); Bridge and shuttle reinforced concrete sleepers (for railway bridges and tunnels).

The technology of production of reinforced concrete sleepers used at BENT LLP is unit flow, i.e. metal moulds are moved from one technological station to another. Technological equipment and tooling used are maximally automated, mechanised and represent a closed production cycle. There are 2 spans of 144 x 18 m in the production of reinforced concrete sleepers, with a production capacity of 800,000 reinforced concrete sleepers per year
