Who are we today?

We are the only company in the country that produces bridge and shuttle sleepers, as well as reinforced concrete sleepers "P50", "B50" and "1435" and sleepers for railroad curves used on strategically important railroad sections. We make a significant contribution to the development of transportation infrastructure by providing high quality and reliable products that are in demand in the market. Every year our work is recognized at the national level, confirming our status as a leader in the industry.

The plant for production of pressure pipes (TES) was put into operation. The plant produced reinforced concrete pressure pipes with diameter from 500 mm to 1400 mm and length of 5 000 mm. In the same year the enterprise was one of the first in Kazakhstan to move to self-financing work under lease conditions. Dilmurat Kuziyev was appointed director of the plant.

1987

1991

The plant was transformed into a joint stock company with private ownership under the law “On privatization”. Dilmurat Kuziyev was elected President of JSC ‘BENT’.

In difficult transition years to market economy the plant was re-profiled for production of reinforced concrete sleepers by German technology “FOSSLO”. FIRMA BENT LLP became the author of introduction of rail fasteners Skl 14 in Kazakhstan railway. This decision allowed to keep the team and to strengthen the company's position as one of the leading suppliers of reinforced concrete sleepers for the railway system of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

1993

The company expands production, introducing innovations and patents for new types of rail fasteners and sleepers. The products of FIRMA BENT LLP become the standard of reliability in railway infrastructure.

2000s

The plant strengthens its position by becoming a major supplier to JSC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy. The company receives numerous awards, including wins in the Best Products competition and the Altyn Sapa award.

2010s

In 2015, JSC BENT was transformed into Firma BENT LLP, which was the beginning of a new chapter in the development of the company. It was during this period that Dinmukhamed Dilmuratovich Kuziyev joined the management of the company and became the engine of transformation and modernisation. Under his leadership, a large-scale expansion and formation of a group of companies with a diversified structure began.
