RESOURCE ENDOWMENT OF THE PROJECT

• The plant is intended to supply raw materials to its own plant for the production of reinforced concrete products (railway sleepers, reinforced concrete fences, piles, poles and other products).
• To ensure the uninterrupted operation of equipment, vehicles, machinery, as well as raw material needs - a supply service from the management company
• To provide the plant with professional technical and management personnel
• Establishment of a training centre to train specialists in the industry.

CRUSHING AND SCREENING PLANT EQUIPMENT AT THE PLANT SITE

• On the territory of the plant there is a high-capacity crushing-sorting complex of stationary type, consisting of jaw and cone crusher, screen and conveyor belts.
• The DSK is designed for crushing and screening of rock and fractionation of the final product - crushed rock.
• The capacity of the DSK is up to 200 tons per hour. DSK is distinguished by high efficiency, low costs, high quality of the finished fraction.
• The DSK can produce crushed stone of any fraction

ON-SITE INFRASTRUCTURE

• Comfortable office buildings and accommodation for the plant's employees, with all the amenities and communications
• 9 km of power lines were installed to provide uninterrupted electric power to the plant
• Drinking and technical water supply system arranged
• Daily shuttle service to the territory of the plant provided
• Cisterns for storing and supplying diesel fuel for vehicles and mechanisms have been installed
